Description
Head to Matagi to try a modern Japanese menu, while grooving to the tunes of a live DJ that will set the tone for a fun night. To start the evening, light bites such as homemade Japanese pickles and sea-salted edamame are followed with a selection of cold starters such as spicy tuna on crispy rice, and beef tataki with truffle ponzu, or hot starters such as the prawn gyoza with Matagi chilli paste and crispy calamari. Main dishes include lamb chops prepared with gochujang and wasabi chimichurri and the salmon fillet marinated with teriyaki glaze topped with garlic chives, complemented with a choice of sides.
