Tried the Bao Short Rib and Katsu Baoger, and they were absolutely amazing! The flavors were perfectly balanced—not overpowering at all. The katsu was crispy without being dry, allowing all the rich umami flavors to shine through. Each bite was a delightful mix of textures and tastes. On top of that, the server was incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. The place has a great vibe with music that’s just the right volume—not too loud, so you can still enjoy a good conversation. Definitely a must-visit!
