Latitude 25 Bar/Lounge is a very, very nice lounge/bar and is located on the Mezzanine level in the main building within Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort and Spa in the JBR District of Dubai. During our ten day stay the Royal Méridien it had a 100% percent occupancy rate. To help out the main Méridien Club Lounge, they allocated the Latitude 25 Bar/Lounge to be the second Club Lounge. They served breakfast for all of their early arriving guests plus they had a complementary traditional High Tea and a special Happy House for all their Marriott Bonvoy members. The “High Tea” or also called “After-noon Tea” they served with the delectable tasting scones; tea sandwiches and small cakes that are a hallmark of a great and traditional Five O’clock British Tea. The lounges Happy Hour was between 6:00 to 8:00 pm daily and they served a wide assortment of: wine; beer and cocktails. In addition they had a food table reserved for very nice, mixed hot and cold appetizers. Each night the hot appetizer’s varied from: Spring Rolls; Tandoori Fish; Buffalo Wings; fried Calamari rings and Falafel. The cold appetizer’s included: Shrimp cocktails, small salad plates; Hummus to homemade Potato Chips.
