Our mission at RSVP Dubai is to make event ticket purchasing and registration seamless and efficient. By purchasing tickets or registering for an event via www.rsvp-dubai.com, users acknowledge and consent to the agreement below with RSVP Middle East L.L.C, the proprietor entity of www.rsvp-dubai.com and all related intellectual assets.
Definitions:
RSVP Dubai: Refers to RSVP Middle East L.L.C and its affiliates located in Dubai, UAE.
Platform: Denotes the online sales avenue www.rsvp-dubai.com and any other digital platforms introduced by RSVP Dubai for ticket sales. This includes all pages, subdomains, and segments thereof, regardless of the device used for access.
User:Â Signifies any person or entity that navigates our Platform to purchase or seek to buy any offerings, such as tickets, passes, or related items.
Event Organiser:Â Represents any individual, group, or firm, irrespective of its nature of ownership, that orchestrates, promotes, and manages any event or service available to the User through our Platform.
Occasion:Â Describes any activity, from entertainment, education, business, or sports to any other category, wherein the Event Organiser utilises our Platform to market and vend tickets, passes, or equivalent services.
Admission Token: Is any paid or complimentary mode of entry, whether a tangible ticket, e-pass, or an electronic unique identifier such as a barcode or QR code, confirming the holder’s right to access a specific Occasion.
Services: Are the varied offerings by RSVP Dubai to the Event Organiser. These may include advertising the Occasion on the Platform, establishing an online portal for User ticket purchases, distributing the Admission mentioned above, Tokens electronically or physically, gathering payments on the Event Organizer’s behalf, registering User details, and other agreed-upon services.
By using RSVP Dubai’s services, users acknowledge they understand and agree to these terms.
TICKET PURCHASE GUIDELINES
Non-refundable Nature: Tickets secured through RSVP Dubai’s platform or associated sales channels are non-refundable unless stipulated differently under our Refunds Guidelines section.
Exchange Limitation: Tickets are non-exchangeable unless exceptions are mentioned in the Refunds Guidelines section.
Transfer & Reselling Restrictions: Tickets are meant for the individual purchaser or their immediate friends and family. Any resale of tickets should always be, at most, the initial buying price. If we discover a ticket’s commercial resale at an escalated price, we reserve the right to nullify that ticket. Any such ticket will be deemed invalid for event entry.
Secondary Market Warning: We strongly advise against procuring RSVP Dubai-branded tickets from secondary marketplaces or online auction sites. There’s a risk that these tickets may be invalid or revoked upon our detection. Note that ticket resale might also be legally prohibited in certain jurisdictions.
Identity Verification: At event entry points, we may necessitate the ticket buyer to present original photo identification or the credit/debit card employed for the purchase. For group tickets, the entire party should enter the event simultaneously with the original buyer.
Ticket Safety: RSVP Dubai holds no responsibility for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. This applies equally to e-tickets and printed ones. Unauthorised duplication leading to a ticket being scanned before the legitimate holder’s arrival results in denied entry without compensation.
Payment & Delivery: Typically, the full ticket price is charged during purchase. Following a successful transaction, e-tickets are dispatched to the buyer’s email. If any purchase stems from unauthorised or fraudulent card use, RSVP Dubai maintains the right to annul the corresponding ticket(s) without refunding the deceitful buyer.
EVENT ATTENDANCE AND TICKET UTILISATION GUIDELINES
Entry Restrictions: Before acquiring a ticket through RSVP Dubai, patrons are advised to verify entry prerequisites like age bars or dress codes. Entry refusals due to non-compliance will not result in a refund by RSVP Dubai.
Venue & Event Protocols: Tickets come with inherent adherence to venue and event norms. Patrons should acquaint themselves with these protocols before purchase.
Admission Rights: The event organisers and venue personnel have the final word on admission, including security checks, ensuring a secure event atmosphere.
Ejection: No refunds from RSVP Dubai will be granted if the event organisers or venue staff remove any attendees.
Re-entry Policies: Several venues implement a ‘no re-entry’ stance. Customers should be aware of this before exiting during an event.
Restricted Items: Event organisers or venue authorities may disallow specific items, ranging from edibles, and drinkables to certain electronic devices and potentially dangerous items. Breach of this could result in non-admittance or ejection without a refund. RSVP Dubai won’t be liable for items seized.
Lost, Stolen Items & Injuries: RSVP Dubai, event organisers, or venue teams are not responsible for any belongings lost/stolen or injuries sustained at the event.
Timeliness: Attendees must ensure punctuality. Lateness could lead to denied entry, with no refunds provided. Additionally, many events have a “last admission” time, often preceding the event’s end time.
Photography & Recording: Unauthorised media capturing is usually not permitted. However, by securing a ticket through RSVP Dubai, attendees acknowledge potential filming or photography by the event organisers or associated parties, relinquishing rights over recorded content.
Event Date & Timing: It’s the customer’s onus to check and ensure they’re attending on the correct date and time. Any discrepancies due to oversight won’t result in refunds. In case of event alterations, RSVP Dubai may offer refunds based on our Refund Guidelines.
No-shows: Missing an event, regardless of the reason, doesn’t qualify for a refund.
REFUND POLICY
RSVP Dubai retails tickets on behalf of event organisers, who oversee the execution and administration of the event. Upon purchase, tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except under the specific circumstances outlined below. Customers must verify any entry constraints such as age or dress code stipulated by the event before buying a ticket through the RSVP Dubai platform. RSVP Dubai will not assume responsibility nor facilitate refunds if entrance is denied by the event organiser due to reasons including, but not confined to, non-adherence to dress code or age limitations or involvement in unsafe, disruptive, or illegal activities. The event organiser and venue operators maintain the prerogative to deny entry at their discretion, without obligation to specify the grounds for such denial. RSVP Dubai does not facilitate refunds for individuals barred from entry or expelled from the event.
Refund claims can be lodged with RSVP Dubai in writing within a 30-day window post the event date or within 30 days following the public notice of cancellation or rescheduling under the below situations alone:
 i. Event cancellation for any reason.Â
 ii. Main artist cancellation.Â
 iii. Main artist’s inability to perform.Â
 iv. Substantial reduction in the main artist’s performance duration than what was publicly communicated.Â
 v. Rescheduling of the main artist’s performance.
 vi. Significant alteration in the event’s start or end time by a minimum of four hours from the originally scheduled time.
 vii. Postponement of the event. In such scenarios, attendees may be given the option to either utilise the initial ticket for the new date or swap it for a similar ticket for an alternative performance day (valid for multi-performance events).Â
 viii. Relocation of the venue to a place distinctly dissimilar from the original location, characterised by a minimum distance of 40km or a noticeable downgrade in terms of services, amenities, and ambience.
Refunds will be processed considering the conditions set from i to viii above, and RSVP Dubai may necessitate additional evidence or documentation to support the claim. Should RSVP Dubai accord to a refund request, the amount will be reimbursed through the original payment channel. If the payment was facilitated through a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. A maximum of 5% of the refunded amount might be retained to cover administrative and banking expenses.
Refunds will not be entertained for:
 – Minor adjustments in the event timing or duration.
– Modifications in the supporting artist lineup.
– Discontent with the performance quality, technical glitches, or personal dissatisfaction with the event.
– Unforeseen discontinuation of the event due to uncontrollable factors like natural disasters, governmental interventions, or other force majeure circumstances.
The stipulations detailed in the aforementioned Refund Policy might undergo alterations based on the specific nature of the event or the terms and conditions laid down by the organiser. In such instances, the pertinent Refund Policy, as it relates to the individual event or organiser, will be delineated in the event description by the organiser or at check out. If payment is made outside of the RSVP Platform, this refund policy no longer applies, and you will have to comply with the refund policy stipulated by the platform where the ticket has been purchased. By procuring tickets through the RSVP Dubai website or any retail outlet functioning under RSVP Dubai’s authorisation, the customer implicitly accords to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. In the event that a refund is sought pursuant to the criteria defined earlier, kindly reach out to RSVP Dubai via email at [email protected]. LIABILITY
RSVP Dubai cannot be held liable for any issues, damages, or physical injuries arising from the event for which the customer purchased tickets. Customers attend events at their own risk and are advised to adhere to the rules and regulations set by the event organisers for their safety.
RSVP Dubai have the right to NOT engage or offer services or products to individuals or entities in countries sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control). RSVP Dubai have the right to terminate all services to anyone or group discovered to bypass this under any pretence.
